Terhark, CEO and founder of The RightThing celebrated the company's five year anniversary in 2008 and secured the top spot on HRO Today's Baker's Dozen Enterprise Recruitment Process Outsourcing list. As an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2008, Terhark's exceptional vision and thought leadership led to the game changing acquisition of AIRS in early 2008; a strategic move that enabled The RightThing to offer technology enabled solutions for any company's entire recruiting and sourcing needs.

"I'm extremely honored to join this elite group of peers who are helping to make a difference in HR outsourcing," said Minier. "This listing is significant because it continues to draw attention to the importance of recruitment process outsourcing and the high value these relationships can offer."
